Shelley is a Registered Psychotherapist. She attended the University of Guelph where she completed a Bachelors of Applied Science in Human Nutrition (Honours). Her passion for holistic well-being, along with her interest in emotional healing and the mind-body-spirit connection led her to the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training in Toronto where she attended and successfully completed the psychotherapy training program.
Her primary approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered, meeting each person where they are at. She provides a safe space for individuals to explore challenges and struggles that they may be facing in their personal or professional lives such as experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, inner conflict, lack of clarity and vision, relationship issues, loss and difficulty in navigating feelings, among others. Shelley provides a supportive environment for inner discovery and healing, personal development and growth. Her aim is to empower individuals in being active players in their healing process and in bringing about healthy change.
Andreas Engel began his journey of massage therapy and wanting to help his community when he started his Bachelor of Kinesiology at Acadia University in Nova Scotia. While out east, Andreas had the opportunity to witness the benefits of massage therapy for children, and this is what drove him to complete his Massage Therapy Diploma from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek. Andreas’ primary focus is to address the root cause of your pain and bring relief to symptoms through various massage techniques. Andreas loves working with children, families, and has additional training in pre and post natal massage.
